Terms of purchase for products

At Sverigeturisten.se, you shop primarily as a private person.

Products

All shipping is free if you order 3 or more items. If you order one or two products, shipping will be charged with SEK 49

Some products have their own costs for shipping, but this is indicated on these items.

We reserve the right to price adjustments and reserve ourselves for possible misprints and final sales.

Delivery

If the shipment is delivered as a letter, they are sent with Postnord, Citymail or Morgonpost.

If the shipment is delivered as a package, DHL is usually used, but Postnord and Schenker can also be used.

Delivery takes place to the nearest delivery point if you are a private person or association. If you are buying for a company and your company is not staffed daily, it may be wise to take the delivery to the delivery point, then select “delivery to agent” at checkout.

Any package not collected will be charged SEK 250.

If the order is made by a company (Corporate customer), the shipment is sent to the specified delivery address. If there is no one who can acknowledge and receive the shipment (weekdays 8-17), we reserve the right to charge any additional costs.

Delivery usually takes place 1-3 working days after order.

All packages stay with the agent for 7 days before being returned. ATTENTION! This is then charged with SEK 250 excluding VAT.

Complaint / Return

For all returns due to incorrectly ordered goods or canceled purchases, you are responsible for both delivery and return shipping.

The return should be sent with trackable shipping.

In the case of incorrect shipping or a complaint, we will of course cover the shipping cost on return.

EU Data protection regulation GDPR

As of May 25, 2018, the EU’s new data protection regulation, GDPR, replaces the old PUL (Personal Data Act). GDPR places higher demands on how we as a company process personal data and gives you better opportunities to influence our handling.
