Welcome to Öckerö! The community of Öckerö lies north west of Gothenburg and consists of ten islands. The islands are known for their small and lovely villages and nature. Each island is unique. The northwest part of the island is made up of nice walking areas with the north sea as your companion. Öckerös harbor area, with its wharves and fishing boats, is ideal for walks with a distinctly maritime feel.
