Welcome to Motala! Motala has a fantastic location at eastern Vättern. With the nordic region’s longest lake bath, Varmobaden, right next to the center and with more than 170 lakes. Motala is also the capital of the Göta Canal and host city for Vätternrundan. There are also several cultural and historical sites, unique shopping, lovely farm shops and an increasing range of hiking trails.
