What is Sverigeturisten?

Sverigeturisten is a brand that promotes Sweden as a tourist destination and offers free supply of tourist brochures and maps as well as Swedish products that you can buy. Sverigeturisten is owned and operated by Turistbyråshopen Sverige AB. 

Do you have any questions before ordering?

How do I know that my order has been registered?

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive our confirmation as expected, please check that our email has not ended up in your spam folder. If it is not there, please contact us at [email protected]

What should I do if I have made a mistake and need to modify my order?

What payment options do I have?

On the Sverigeturisten website you can pay with Swish or by credit card.

Which shipping options can I pick from?

We ship by DHL, Schenker or Postnord. If you shop as a private person, it will be delivered to your nearest pickup point for collection. For deliveries outside Sweden, the choice of shipping company varies and we therefore ask you to contact us before ordering to find out the correct shipping cost and carrier.

How long is the delivery time?

Normally, orders are shipped the same day, or no later than the next day.Normal delivery time is 2-5 working days.

How can I return unwanted products?

Contact us and we will help you with the return. If you regret your purchase, it is your responsibility the product is returned undamaged. After an approved return, a refund or credit note is made on those goods. Right of withdrawal is only applicable if the item is unused. Please note that we do not reimburse shipping costs of goods returned due to an incorrect order. 

Can I change my order at checkout?

If you want to change before you pay, that is fine. Go back to the cart and the editing pen will appear as an option in front of each product in the cart. Click it and change or delete. If you want to change an order that has been paid for, please contact us.
